Ek sou kon skryf oor die finansiële impak, die swaar van diere wat vrek van die honger. Of ek sou kon skryf oor die moontlike onsekerheid of daar genoeg kos vir ons land sal wees. Maar vandag wil ek skryf oor die emosionele tol wat droogte eis en hoe ons ten spyte van teleurstelling nogtans kan boer met hoop. Lees meer. |

Agbiz and AgriSA seek clarity on minimum wage increaseAgbiz and AgriSA jointly submitted a request in terms of Section 5 of the Promotion of Administrative Justice Act 3 of 2000 to the Minister of Employment and Labour, where in we request the basis and rationale underlying the administrative decision to increase the national minimum wage by 8,5%. Their request was submitted in writing on 14 March 2024 and we await the response from the Minister of Employment and Labour. We shall keep members updated on the outcome of this request for information and the way forward depending on the outcome of the request. |
